Women turns violent, abuses senior advocate when asked to follow rules

LUDHIANA:

A woman who illegally provided photocopy services in a court campus went violent, disrespected and abused a senior advocate openly in court campus. While getting violent on the Senior counsel, the turban of the advocate feel down on which the woman stamped on it and hurled further abuses to the senior citizen.

After the act, as a group of advocates gathered and registered a private complaint in the court, the woman flee the court premises leaving behind her illegally operated machine.

It is reported that SP Rupinder Kaur, who is investigating the matter has registered an offence for hurting religious sentiments.

When the president of local bar council complaint further to the district and sessions court magistrate, the magistrate ordered removal of all illegal desks.

In the complaint, the victim advocate alleged that the woman had illegally started photocopy services immediately outside the elevator, which caused a great deal of inconvenience to the passer-bys and users of the elevators. He has simply requested the woman to relocate towards the side on which she started hurling abuses, turned violent and stood on his turban as it feel down.

Until the above report was published by the newspaper, police could not ban the woman.

Interestingly, the report doesn’t talk about booking the woman for hurling abuses or getting physically violent towards the man!
